To receive your production credentials and environment, you must:
- Complete your sandbox integration. Build and test your full flow in the sandbox. See End-to-End Testing.
- Send your account manager an end-to-end video recording of your flow for review. The recording must show a clear disclaimer telling the customer they will be redirected to Banxa, a third party, to complete their transaction.

Flows without a clear third-party disclaimer will not be approved for production. See Third-Party Disclaimer for the requirements and sample wording, and Disclaimer Examples for example screens.
If you use KYC Sharing, you must also complete the KYC Sharing approval with Banxa. Ask your account manager for details.
If you share KYC data through Sumsub, also:
- Sign the reusable KYC agreement with Sumsub. Reusable KYC must be enabled on your Sumsub account before you can share applicants with Banxa. See Sumsub's guide to enabling Reusable KYC via API.
- Add Banxa as a donor in your Sumsub account. Ask your Solutions Engineer for Banxa's Sumsub donor token, then add it to your Sumsub account.
