Pass Discount Code using Get Prices and Create Order endpoints

You will now be able to change the commission rate charged on a per quote or per order basis using your existing integration with the GET Prices and POST Create Order endpoints.

By passing a new request parameter called discount_code in these endpoints, you will be able to adjust the commission rate calculated on a quote or order.

This may be used to apply different prices based on a customer segment, or on a promotional event such as Black Friday.
